Returns

Merchandise Return Policy

All  items are inspected before leaving our factory. If any merchandise is returned for factory defects or workmanship, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number. Any items returned without an authorization number will be refused or discarded. Any credit issued for merchandise returned for reasons other than factory defects or workmanship will be credited to your original method of payment less a 25% restocking fee and shipping and handling charges. We do not reimburse for return postage. Merchandise which has been laundered will not be accepted for return or replacement for any reason other than defects in manufacturing. Dream World Design and Custom Recreational Specialties reserves the right to determine whether or not the merchandise is refundable due to factory defects or workmanship. 

NOTE: All Custom orders are non-returnable. 

Limited Warranty

Seller makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied except that the goods sold by the Seller shall be of Seller's standard quality. Buyer assumes all risk and liability resulting from the use of the goods, whether used singly or in combination with other goods. In the event Buyer believes the goods sold by Seller do not meet Seller's standard quality, the sole and exclusive remedies of Buyer shall be, in the sole discretion of the Seller, repair or replacement of the goods. SELLER SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. All items sold by Seller and claimed to be defective must be shipped to Seller's place of business at the expense of Buyer. If Seller determines that the goods are in fact defective, the goods will be repaired or replaced, in Seller's sole discretion. Seller's acceptance of any items shipped to Seller shall not be deemed an admission the items so shipped are defective, and if Seller finds that any items returned are not defective, such items will be reshipped to Buyer at Buyer's expense. SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SUPPLIED BY SELLER, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 

Unconditional Warranty

Dream World Design, Inc. and Custom Recreational Specialties unconditionally warrants all of our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials at time of purchase .If any merchandise is defective in workmanship or materials, they will be repaired or replaced, without charge. This warranty is given in place of all other warranties and assurances, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to matters of quality, fitness of purpose, or merchant-ability and the vendor accepts no liability, under any circumstances whatsoever, for any consequential damage or loss suffered by anyone as a result of using or inability to use the goods. Dream World Design, Inc. and Custom Recreational Specialties will warranty all linens that we manufacture. Please inspect your linens before use or laundering. Laundered or used merchandise is non-refundable.
